  • Services Provided Credict is a mobile application that offers cashback to users who order mobile phones or other items from various e-commerce platforms. Our service is designed to provide users with the benefit of receiving cashback once their order is successfully delivered and marked as “Delivered” on our platform. Upon confirmation of delivery, Credict will release the actual amount of the mobile phone after applying any applicable discounts, along with the cashback earned from the order.
  • Order Delivery and Cashback When an order is successfully delivered and marked as “Delivered” on our platform, Credict will process the release of the discounted amount and the cashback to the user. In the event that an order fails to deliver for any reason, it will be marked as “Failed” on our platform, and no amount will be released for that order. Users are responsible for following up with the respective e-commerce platform regarding any issues related to failed deliveries.
  • Order Placement To ensure the proper processing of orders, users must use the address details and phone number provided by Credict at the time of ordering. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the item is ordered to the given address. Credict will not be held responsible for any orders that are lost in transit or delivered to incorrect addresses. Refunds will only be issued for orders that are marked as “Delivered” on our platform.
  • Commission-Based Service Credict operates as a commission-based application, providing shopkeepers with the opportunity to obtain mobile phones at discounted prices. Our platform facilitates the process of ordering and receiving cashback, making it easier for shopkeepers to benefit from discounts and cashback offers.
  • User Responsibilities Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders through the Credict platform. This includes ensuring that the address details and phone number provided are correct. Users are also responsible for following up with the respective e-commerce platform for any issues related to order delivery, including delays, lost orders, or incorrect deliveries.
  • Limitation of Liability Credict is not liable for any lost orders or issues arising from incorrect address details provided by the user. Our responsibility is limited to processing and releasing the cashback and discounted amount for orders that are marked as “Delivered” on our platform. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are marked as “Failed” or for any other issues related to order delivery that are beyond our control.
  • Changes to Terms of Use Credict reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage users to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.

Affiliate Policy

These Affiliate Policies (“Policies”) govern the relationship between Credict (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our affiliates (“Affiliates”). By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these Policies. Please read them carefully.

  • Enrollment in the Affiliate Program To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application process and be approved by Credict. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  • Affiliate Responsibilities As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Credict in a positive and ethical manner while using only the promotional materials provided or approved by Credict. You must ensure that all marketing and promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations and refrain from engaging in any misleading or deceptive practices. Additionally, order information including details about the items ordered, order status, and delivery information is collected through the App. Furthermore, you must not use spam or unsolicited emails to promote Credict.
  • Affiliate Links and Tracking Credict will provide you with unique affiliate links to track referrals. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are properly integrated into your promotional materials. We are not responsible for any tracking errors or issues resulting from incorrect use of affiliate links.
  • Commissions and Payments Affiliates will earn commissions based on the successful delivery and marking of orders as “Delivered” on our platform. The commission structure and rates will be communicated to you upon acceptance into the affiliate program. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met. If the threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the next month.
  • Prohibited Activities As an Affiliate, you are prohibited from bidding on Credict’s trademarks or any variations in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. You must not use Credict’s trademarks in domain names or social media profiles without prior written consent, nor engage in any activities that could harm Credict’s reputation or brand. Additionally, fraudulent methods to generate referrals or commissions are strictly forbidden. To enhance your experience, the App may improve personalization and monitor usage trends to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Termination Credict reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all promotional materials and affiliate links provided by Credict. Any pending commissions will be forfeited if your participation is terminated due to a breach of these Policies.

By participating in the Credict affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Policies, you must not participate in the affiliate program. Infringement Policy

Credict (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Infringement Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright and trademark infringement. By using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with this policy.

  • Reporting Infringement If you believe that content available on our App infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please provide us with a written notice that includes a description of the copyrighted work or trademark in question, along with the location of the allegedly infringing material on our App. Additionally, include your contact information—such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Your notice must also contain a statement asserting your good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law. Furthermore, you must provide a statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright or trademark owner or authorized to act on their behalf. Finally, your notice must be signed electronically or physically.   • Response to Claims Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will take appropriate action by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. The user who posted the content will be notified that it has been removed or disabled, and they will be given an opportunity to respond to the claim.
  • Counter-Notification If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. This counter-notification must include a description of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its previous location before removal. Additionally, you must provide a statement, made under penalty of perjury, affirming your good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the material was due to an error. Your contact details—including name, address, telephone number, and email address—should be included. Furthermore, you must state your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if located outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts where Credict operates, agreeing to accept service of process from the individual who issued the original infringement notice or their representative. Lastly, the counter-notification must be signed electronically or physically.
    Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original infringement notice. If the original party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.
  • Repeat Infringers Credict reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid infringement notices.
  • Limitation of Liability Credict is not liable for any damages resulting from the removal or disabling of access to any content in response to an infringement notice. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and address claims of infringement, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or validity of any claims.

Grievance Redressal Policy

This Grievance Redressal Policy outlines the procedure for addressing and resolving such grievances.

    • In-App Support: Use the in-app support feature to submit your grievance directly through the App.

    • A detailed description of the grievance, including relevant order details or transaction IDs

    Step 2: Acknowledgment of Grievance Once we receive your grievance, our Grievance Officer will acknowledge the receipt within 7 business days. The acknowledgment will include a unique reference number for tracking purposes. Step 3: Investigation and Resolution Our Grievance Officer will investigate the grievance and may contact you for additional information or clarification. We aim to resolve all grievances within [Y] business days from the date of acknowledgment. You will be informed of the resolution through email or in-app notification. License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Credict (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Credict mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

  • Grant of LicenseSubject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Credict grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.
  • RestrictionsYou are prohibited from modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works of the App. Additionally, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code. Renting, leasing, lending, selling, redistributing, or sublicensing the App is also not allowed. Furthermore, using the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. Lastly, you must not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
  • Ownership and Intellectual PropertyThe App and all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Credict and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use Credict’s trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information.
  • Updates and ChangesCredict may, from time to time, release updates or modifications to the App. You agree that Credict has no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the App. If updates are provided, they will be deemed part of the App and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
  • TerminationThis Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Credict. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device.
  • Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Credict does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Credict be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
  • Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, State - Madhya Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of India, State - Madhya Pradesh.
  • Changes to This AgreementCredict reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page. You are advised to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Changes to this Agreement are effective when they are posted on this page.

Returns and refunds for delivered orders must be handled directly with the respective e-commerce platform from which the item was ordered. Credict is not responsible for processing returns or refunds for delivered orders. Failed or Cancelled Orders: If an order fails to deliver for any reason and is marked as “Failed” or “Cancelled” on our platform, no amount will be released for that order. Users must follow up with the respective e-commerce platform regarding failed deliveries.
  • Order PlacementWhen placing an order through any e-commerce platform where our offer is applicable, users must use the address details and phone number provided by Credict at the time of ordering.
